I am a Nutritional and Lifestyle Coach with a mission to empower you to be the healthiest and happiest possible. It's important to understand that you have more control of your own health than you realize. A nutritious and balanced diet, daily physical movement, stress management, restful sleep, reduction of environmental toxins, a feeling of purpose, belief system and supportive network all play a role in optimal well-being. Through education and active support, I will guide you to develop a plan, strengthen choices and take control of your health.
Listen, I get it... change can be difficult. Sometimes it's tough enough to find the energy to start and, let's face it, adjusting long-standing dietary habits can be a challenge. As your coach, my mission is to help you to make long term, sustainable changes. Our work won't be a short-term restrictive diet. We will spend time together exploring motivations, setting targets and determining the best ways to get there. I will help to identify unhealthy patterns and behaviors that may be hindering your progress and replace them with healthier alternatives. This approach can promote a positive and balanced relationship with food, leading to lasting results and improved overall well-being.
As your coach, I will be there to help you to reach the targets we've set. Whether your goals are to lose weight, have more energy, sleep better, improve your cooking skills, develop a healthier lifestyle or look after your family, my mission is to empower you with knowledge and strategies to help you succeed. It's important to understand how everything is connected: improper sleep, lack of hydration, unbalanced blood sugar, elevated stress levels... these are just a few examples of what can affect hormone levels, nutrient absorption, energy or overall health. I will provide you with the support, guidance and information needed to find the healthy and sustainable lifestyle that works best for you.
My own healthy lifestyle journey began when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Finding solutions to help her led to the path of nutrition education and the challenges of restoring health through a properly managed diet. I have learned that the most effective coaching uses science-based functional nutrition principles, positive psychology and mind-body techniques. Education, training and my own experiences have provided me with a high level of undertanding and the essential skills necessary to support and guide you on this journey. I am confident that, with my expertise and your hard work, we can create a successful plan for achieving your goals and creating a healthier future for yourself and your family.
